Nebeus Card Fees
The Nebeus card is available with three plans: Free, Plus and Pro. Below you can find all the fees, limits and cashback for each plan, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

The monthly subscription is charged from the account you choose, and you can change your plan at any time in the app.
The card issue fee is charged once for every new card you open, on all plans.
The low activity fee only applies to the Free plan. It is charged in any month in which your total card spending is below €15.
Paying with your card

When you pay in a currency other than euros, a small foreign exchange fee is applied to the amount, depending on your plan.
When you pay from a crypto account, the crypto needed for the purchase is sold automatically, and a 2% fee is applied to the amount.
Cashback

Cashback is only earned on card purchases paid from a crypto account. It does not apply to purchases paid from a fiat account, ATM withdrawals or fees.
Cashback is paid once a month for the previous month's purchases, in the same crypto you used to pay. On the Plus plan, you reach the maximum cashback with €4,000 of crypto spending in a month, and on the Pro plan with €5,000.

ATM withdrawals are free up to the monthly amount or the number of withdrawals shown above, whichever you reach first. After that, a fee of 2% of the amount applies, with a minimum of €1.50 per withdrawal.
Some ATM operators charge their own fee. This is shown at the ATM before you confirm, and it is not charged by Nebeus.
Free card services
The following are free on all plans:
- Freezing, unfreezing or closing your card.
- Changing your PIN in the app.
- Changing your card limits.
Where to see your fees
Your fees are always shown in the app, under Card fees when you order a card and under Fees & Conditions in the card's More menu. If a fee changes, you will see it there before it applies.
