How to Withdraw EUR via SEPA without a Personal IBAN?
If you do not have a personal IBAN with Nebeus, you can still withdraw euros from your EUR Wallet to an external bank account via SEPA bank transfer.
Go to Your EUR Wallet
In both the web version and mobile app, open your EUR Wallet from your dashboard.
Click "Send"
Tap the "Send" button to start your withdrawal.
Enter the Bank Details
Enter the details of the bank account you would like to send the funds to, including the recipient's IBAN, and the amount you wish to withdraw.
Review and Confirm
Check that all the details are correct, review the fee and the total amount, and confirm your withdrawal.
Withdrawal Fee
The fee for this service is 0.5% of the transaction amount, with a minimum fee of €3.50.
For example, a withdrawal of €1,000 has a fee of €5, while a withdrawal of €200 has the minimum fee of €3.50.
This fee applies to all clients who do not have a personal IBAN with Nebeus.
Important: Please make sure the IBAN and all bank details are entered correctly before confirming. Incorrect details may cause your withdrawal to be delayed or returned.
