How to verify your identity
Follow these steps to complete personal identity verification in your Nebeus account.
Before you start
- Use your own Nebeus account. Do not verify on behalf of another person.
- Prepare a valid identity document accepted for your country.
- Use a phone or camera with a clear lens.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Use your current legal name and residential address.
Step by step
- Log in to Nebeus and open the verification screen.
- Confirm your personal details exactly as they appear on your document.
- Choose the document type and issuing country shown in the flow.
- Photograph the document in color, with all corners visible.
- Complete the selfie or liveness step if requested.
- Submit the check and wait for the result.
Common photo rules
- Do not cover any part of the document.
- Avoid glare, shadows, filters, screenshots, and black-and-white images.
- Do not crop the document edges.
- Do not upload a scan if the flow asks for a live photo.
- Make sure the document is not expired or damaged.
TIP
If the camera cannot focus, place the document on a plain dark surface and retake the photo in natural light.
After submission
If the check is approved, the account status updates automatically. If more information is needed, Nebeus will show the next required step or contact you through the registered email or platform messages.
