Card cashback: how it works
Get money back when you pay with your Nebeus Card from a crypto account. Cashback comes with the Plus and Pro card plans and is paid into your Nebeus account once a month.
How much you get

The percentage is the one of the plan you were on on the day of the purchase. The monthly limit is the one of your plan at the end of the month.
Which purchases count
- ✓ Purchases in shops and online paid with your Nebeus Card from a crypto account.
- ✓ If a purchase is paid partly from a euro account and partly from crypto, only the crypto part counts.
- ✓ Cashback is calculated in euros, at the exchange rate of the payment.
What does not count
- ✕ Payments from euro or other fiat accounts.
- ✕ ATM withdrawals and cash.
- ✕ Money transfers and card top-ups.
- ✕ Buying crypto or other quasi-cash, financial services and securities.
- ✕ Gambling.
- ✕ Card fees.
When you get it
- Once a month: the cashback for a month is paid around the 5th of the next month, into your Nebeus account in euros.
- Each purchase waits 5 days in case it is refunded.
- Amounts under €0.50 are not lost: they are added to the next month.
- We send you an email when your cashback is paid.
Refunds
If a purchase is refunded, its cashback is taken off your next cashback. We never take money from your account for it.
