If your crypto deposit isn't showing in your Nebeus account, don't worry, this can happen and is usually temporary.
What to check:
- Blockchain status
Make sure your transaction was successfully sent by checking it on a blockchain explorer using your transaction hash.
- Confirmations
Deposits require a certain number of network confirmations before they appear in your account. This can take some time depending on the network.
- Correct address
Double-check that you used the correct deposit address for the selected cryptocurrency.
