How to Transfer Funds from Your IBAN Account to Your Crypto Account?
If you'd like to move funds from your IBAN account to your crypto account within Nebeus, just follow these simple steps.
1. Log in to Your Nebeus Account
Access your account via the web platform or mobile app.
2. Go to the "IBAN" Tab
From your main dashboard, navigate to the IBAN section, where you can view and manage your fiat balance (e.g., EUR, GBP).
3. Select the Option to Send to Your Crypto Account
Click "Send." This action lets you move funds internally from your IBAN account to your selected EUR wallet.
Please note: you'll first need to transfer the funds to your EUR crypto wallet before continuing.
4. Exchange EUR to the Cryptocurrency of Your Choice
Once your funds are in your crypto EUR wallet, exchange them to the cryptocurrency you'd like to use (e.g., BTC, ETH, etc.).
5. Make Sure Your Crypto Wallet Is Active
Before completing the transfer:
- Ensure the crypto wallet (e.g., BTC, ETH) you want to fund is active.
- If the wallet isn't activated yet, you'll see a message indicating that the wallet does not exist.
