What to do if you think your account is compromised
Act quickly if you see a login, transaction, card action, or profile change that you do not recognize.
First steps
- Change your Nebeus password from a trusted device.
- Change the password on your registered email account.
- Review active devices and sessions.
- Contact Nebeus support and explain what you noticed.
- Do not delete suspicious emails or alerts until support has reviewed them.
Interface text examples
| Screen or action | Text you may see | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Settings > Security | Change password | Set a new unique password. |
| Security | Trusted devices | Remove devices you do not recognize. |
| Card screen | Freeze card | Temporarily stop card use if card activity looks suspicious. |
| Support chat | Report unauthorized activity | Give the time, amount, and action you noticed. |
What support may ask for
Support may ask for the approximate time of the event, transaction references, screenshots of alerts, and confirmation of whether you still control your email and phone.
NEVER SHARE SECRETS
Do not send passwords, 2FA codes, full card numbers, seed phrases, or private keys. Support does not need them.
