How the Nebeus Referral Programme Works?
With the Nebeus referral programme, you and the friends you invite can both earn rewards in USDC. Your friend earns rewards as they start exchanging on Nebeus, and you earn a reward when your friend reaches Level 2.
All rewards are paid in USDC directly to your Nebeus account, and you can follow their status on the Referrals page in your account.
Reward levels
There are two reward levels. Each level is reached with a single exchange made by your friend within 30 days of signing up.
Level 1
Your friend makes one exchange of at least €100.
Your friend earns 5 USDC.
Level 2
Your friend makes one exchange of at least €1,000.
Your friend earns 15 USDC and you earn 20 USDC.
An exchange of €1,000 or more also meets the Level 1 condition. This means that if your friend's first qualifying exchange is €1,000 or more, they receive both rewards (5 USDC and 15 USDC, a total of 20 USDC), and you receive 20 USDC.
Each level can only be rewarded once per referred friend.
How to qualify?
To receive rewards, your friend must meet all of the following conditions:
- Sign up to Nebeus using your personal referral link.
- Complete identity verification and have it approved. Exchanges are only possible once verification is approved.
- Make a single qualifying exchange of at least €100 (Level 1) or €1,000 (Level 2) within 30 days of signing up.
Please note that each exchange is assessed on its own, and smaller exchanges do not add up towards a level. For example, two exchanges of €50 each do not reach Level 1.
Only exchanges made from the programme launch date onwards are taken into account. Exchanges made before this date do not count.
When rewards are paid?
Once a level is reached, the reward is shown as pending and is held for 30 days. After the 30 day holding period, the reward is released in USDC to your Nebeus account.
When rewards may be cancelled?
Pending rewards may be cancelled before they are released in the following cases:
- The crypto bought in the qualifying exchange is sold or withdrawn during the 30 day holding period.
- The qualifying exchange is reversed, for example by buying crypto and selling it back during the holding period.
- The referred friend's verification is not approved, or their account is restricted.
Nebeus reserves the right to cancel rewards in accordance with the programme Terms and Conditions.

You can follow your referrals and the status of each reward on the Referrals page in your Nebeus account.
Do several smaller exchanges count towards a level?
No. Each level must be reached with a single exchange of the required amount.
Why is my reward still pending?
All rewards are held for 30 days after the level is reached. Once this period ends and all conditions are met, the reward is released to your account.
Why have I not received a reward for a friend I invited?
Rewards are only paid when your friend has their verification approved and makes a qualifying exchange within 30 days of signing up. If your friend's exchange was below the required amount, or was made after the 30 day period, no reward is paid.
In what currency are rewards paid?
All rewards are paid in USDC to your Nebeus account.
