How to communicate safely with Nebeus support
Use official support channels and never share secret account information, even if a message looks urgent.
Safe support channels
- Start chat from the Nebeus app or help center.
- Use the email address linked to your Nebeus account when possible.
- Upload documents only through secure upload screens.
- Check that links open an official Nebeus domain.
