Keeping your account information up to date
Nebeus may ask you to update account details or reverify information when documents expire or your circumstances change.
When to update your details
- You move to a new residential address.
- Your legal name changes.
- Your identity document expires or is replaced.
- Your phone number or email address changes.
- Your tax residence changes.
- Your business ownership or representative details change.
Periodic review
Financial and crypto-asset service providers are expected to keep customer information current. Nebeus may therefore ask for updated documents or confirmations during the account relationship, not only at onboarding.
If information is not updated
If required updates are not completed, Nebeus may limit certain features, pause transactions, or request that you complete verification before continuing to use services.
