What to do if you see unauthorized activity

Unauthorized activity can include unknown logins, profile changes, card actions, crypto withdrawals, exchanges, or bank transfers.

Examples of unauthorized activity

  • A login alert from a location or device you do not recognize.
  • A card transaction you did not make.
  • A crypto withdrawal address you did not add.
  • A transfer, exchange, or loan action you did not approve.
  • A change to email, phone, password, or security settings.

How to report it

Contact Nebeus support immediately from the app or official help center. Include the date, time, amount, asset or currency, destination details if shown, and screenshots of relevant alerts.
