Allowed countries and restricted jurisdictions
Nebeus can only onboard customers from countries where the relevant services are available and legally supported.
How country availability works
Country availability depends on regulation, sanctions rules, product coverage, banking and payment partners, document support, and internal risk controls.
The most reliable availability check is the country selector shown during Nebeus onboarding. If your country is not available in the flow, Nebeus cannot onboard you for that service at that time.
Main supported areas
Nebeus generally focuses service availability on supported European markets and selected additional jurisdictions where its products can be offered. Availability can differ by product, account type, and document type.
| Area | What to expect |
|---|---|
| European Economic Area | Many Nebeus services are designed around Spanish and European regulatory requirements. |
| United Kingdom and Switzerland | Some services may be available depending on the product and onboarding checks. |
| Argentina | Nebeus may support selected local onboarding and account flows. |
| Other countries | Availability must be confirmed in the onboarding flow. |
Restricted jurisdictions
Nebeus cannot provide services where prohibited by sanctions, embargoes, local law, partner restrictions, or internal risk policy. Restrictions may apply to a country, region, document type, payment method, or crypto-asset service.
- Do not try to bypass country restrictions with a VPN, proxy, false address, or someone else's documents.
- If you move country, update your account details and complete any requested re-verification.
- If a country becomes restricted after onboarding, Nebeus may limit services or request account closure steps.
