How to resubmit KYC documents
If Nebeus asks for a new document, submit the corrected file from your account or through the secure upload path provided by support.
Before resubmitting
- Check the exact reason shown in the verification screen.
- Prepare the requested document type, not a substitute unless support confirms it is acceptable.
- Use a clear color image or PDF.
- Make sure the document is current and complete.
Resubmission steps
- Log in to your Nebeus account.
- Open the verification or account status screen.
- Select the requested document step.
- Upload the corrected document.
- Wait for the status to update.
If upload is not available
If the account screen does not let you upload again, contact Nebeus support from your registered email or signed-in support channel. Do not send sensitive documents through social media or unverified channels.
