How to resubmit KYC documents

If Nebeus asks for a new document, submit the corrected file from your account or through the secure upload path provided by support.

Before resubmitting

  • Check the exact reason shown in the verification screen.
  • Prepare the requested document type, not a substitute unless support confirms it is acceptable.
  • Use a clear color image or PDF.
  • Make sure the document is current and complete.

Resubmission steps

  1. Log in to your Nebeus account.
  2. Open the verification or account status screen.
  3. Select the requested document step.
  4. Upload the corrected document.
  5. Wait for the status to update.

If upload is not available

If the account screen does not let you upload again, contact Nebeus support from your registered email or signed-in support channel. Do not send sensitive documents through social media or unverified channels.
